About Tricia Kezar RN, IBCLC
I’m an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse (RN) with more than two decades of experience helping families with caring and evidence-based methods. Additionally, I am a mother of three children, so I’ve been there! I have a passion for supporting and empowering families through prenatal education and support of the mother-baby dyad.
Completing the IBCLC Master Class transformed my career, offering fresh insight into breastfeeding. This alternative perspective increased my understanding of the challenges breastfeeding individuals overcome, empowering me to offer compassionate and informed care as a lactation consultant.
I live in New Hampshire with my husband and three nearly grown kids. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with nature through gardening and spending time on or near the water. I find painting and refinishing furniture to be a satisfying outlet of creativity. These things allow me to embrace the preciousness of life and the importance of self-care.
Family is at the heart of everything I do and I strive to support families through their breastfeeding journey. It is a privilege to empower you and provide you with the essential knowledge and guidance needed to meet your goals.
