About Tricia Kezar RN, IBCLC

I’m an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse (RN) with more than two decades of experience helping families with caring and evidence-based methods. Additionally, I am a mother of three children. I have a passion for supporting and empowering families through prenatal education and support of the mother-baby dyad.

I love helping parents to bond with their baby as we work together to optimize the feeding experience. Babies are truly amazing and working with families is a privilege.

I live in New Hampshire with my husband and three nearly grown kids. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with nature through gardening and spending time on or near the water.

Family is at the heart of everything I do and I strive to support families through their breastfeeding journey. It is a privilege to empower you and provide you with the essential knowledge and guidance needed to meet your goals.
