A 60 minute visit where we will discuss your goals, values, concerns and identify places where enhancement of your knowledge will optimize your experience and allow you to feel prepared and supported.

You will receive in home support and guidance and a plan based on your individual needs. This includes an assessment of both mother and baby, feeding and oral functional assessment, infant weight and if needed, pumping guidance. Together we will establish a plan that works for you and your family.

After a review of your intake information I will perform a thorough assessment of both you and your infant so we are able to focus on your feeding and education needs. Babies were born to want to eat so if they are refusing food there is a reason. I will work with you to determine the cause of refusal and support you as you work with your baby. Once you complete a history and I perform an oral exam, we we will work together to help your baby feed.

Whether you suspect a tongue or lip tie or your baby has been diagnosed by a pediatrician or provider, I will help with oral habilitation to maximize oral function, working collaboratively with providers to optimize function and support you through the process.
